Their uncoated half-sheet is $13, the coated 9x13 cake pan is ~$20, same price point as USA Pan/Chicago Metallic and marginally higher than NordicWare. I don't really find the Fat Daddio prices outrageous. Has that not been an issue with yours? I'd be interested in the product line you like since it seems to be frustrating to find a lot of sizes in uncoated SS. I use stainless cookware but have read a lot of complaints about different SS bakeware being manufactured at thin gauges and warping even at low temperatures. My only concern about bare aluminum is really the potential for reactivity. I was under the impression Americoat is durable and USA Pan is popular in commercial kitchens.
